Tl'etinqox ?esgul registration is open from April 1st to September 30th each year. Enrolment at Tl'etinqox ?esgul after September 30th will not be permissible unless extenuating circumstances, such as a permanent move back to the community and, even in such cases, will be based on current enrolment numbers and class sizes. Applications for enrolment after the September 30th census date will be reviewed by the Tl'etinqox ?esgul Board for approval.
Tl'etinqox ?esgul is happy to provide our parents and Guardians the option to apply for student enrolment online or in person.
ONLINE ENROLMENT
To apply for enrolment at Tl'etinqox ?esgul through our online portal, please follow this link and fully complete the form before submitting. Once your application has been reviewed, you will receive a confirmation email with details about your registration and a request for copies of your child's birth certificate, status, previous report card, and individual education plan (if one is in place) for their file.

IN-PERSON ENROLMENT
To apply for enrolment at Tl'etinqox ?esgul in person, please download and fully complete the forms below and bring them to the school receptionist, along with copies of your child's birth certificate, status, previous report card, and individual education plan (if one is in place) for their file.
You may also pick up registration forms from the school receptionist at any time.
Please note that priority enrolment for Tl'etinqox ?esgul will be given to all Tl'etinqox Band Members and those residing outside of the community will be placed on a wait list on a first come first served basis.
